Google’s GetMo campaign was launched yesterday in London and we were delighted to be a part of this exciting initiative, aimed at getting businesses mobile, something that we believe in passionately. We are one of just 13 partners chosen by Google for the initiative.

A few weeks back we reported on an innovative use of QR codes by Tesco in South Korea. They created a virtual store in an underground station, designed to look exactly like their shelving and stock in a physical store, except users purchased using their mobile.
Google improves the Android market
In news that will no doubt please developers, brands and consumers Google have revamped the Android Market to improve app discovery. They’ve launched ‘Editor’s choice’, top apps and trending apps sections – it’s only available on the online portal for now but will be on mobile soon.
